For Walworth natives, a liquor store is an odd sight to see. Creative Environment Day Care Inc. (CEDC) was established in 1982 in Macedon, New York, as an independent, 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit childcare center governed by a community-based Board of Directors. The management and employees comprise an Executive Director, Program Coordinator, Nutrition Coordinator, and full and part-time teachers.
At the time of establishment, Creative Environment rented a space from the First Baptist Church in Macedon. This was our center's home for the first 15 years. In 1997, a new facility was constructed.
